Glad you found me! The first 20 years of my professional life took me through many roles -- as a Spanish interpreter, as a manager of interpreter services, an educator and trainer, curriculum developer, and a business owner.

My latest adventure is finishing the final year of a Master in Social Work at the University of Houston.

I'm also a yoga teacher, and I love chair yoga and making yoga accessible for bigger bodies.
